Who is Aditya Srivastava?
Aditya Srivastava, originally from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, earned his B.Tech and M.Tech in electrical engineering from IIT Kanpur. He began his career in 2019 with Goldman Sachs in Bangalore, working in the investment banking sector. However, after 15 months in the private sector, Srivastava felt a strong pull to serve his country. Motivated by this desire, he left his well-paying job and returned to his hometown to focus on preparing for the IAS exam, determined to pursue a career in civil services.

Aditya Srivastava has achieved 117 marks in the Essay (Paper-I) and 104 marks in General Studies-I (Paper-II). In General Studies-II (Paper-III), he scored 132 marks, followed by 95 marks in General Studies-III (Paper-IV). He secured 143 marks in General Studies-IV (Paper-V). For his optional subject, Electrical Engineering, Aditya earned 148 marks in Optional-I (Paper-VI) and 160 marks in Optional-II (Paper-VII). His total score for the written exam amounted to 899 marks, and he earned an additional 200 marks in the personality test, bringing his final total to 1,099 marks.
